Hi, could anyone tell me if it is normal for a GP to have a very gurgly stomach?
I have notice that for the last couple of days it has been very noisy. She is eating and pooing normally. The neighbour is looking after her this weekend, so I wanted to check that there isn't anything wrong before I leave her.
Thanks
Rachael and Tigger.

Diet can sometimes affect digestive sounds - see if it's triggered by a certain food e.g. brassicas (cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts) or sugary foods like fruits, peppers etc. I'd ask your neighbour to be on the lookout for a bloated tummy, odds are she'll be fine but very gurgly tummies can sometimes be prone to bloat.
