Inside of the top of my arm! I was only putting them in the run!

So painful and a little bruise has appeared already!

Moral of the story, never pick Tilly up when not wearing long sleeves :)

Very unusually to be bitten like that. It's usually fingers they go for but for little thing they can deliver a painful bite. If they do bite, I take it that I've done something wrong & give them a cuddle.

I had picked her up and was holding her against me so got my arm, never done it before BUT she does like a nibble of clothing and I usually have a jacket on but it's too hot today!

She was probably annoyed because I took Hettie first! :lol!:

Lol Tilly sounds like my boss pig Taffy, she will have a good nip if things are not done to her liking or should I forget her and give a treat to someone else first! I have another nibbler, who goes through phases, so I never know whether I will be chewed on or not! Generally they just pinch the skin so it doesn't hurt that much but it always makes me jump! Occassionally they will chomp down a little too hard....they nibble regardless of what bit of flesh is in front of them, lol :D

She is definately the boss so was most likely annoyed with me!

Didn't half hurt :(

Ouchy :( Hopefully the little minx will redeem herself later when your arm is feeling less sore

I know of someone in a Facebook group who put her guinea pig to sleep a few days ago for biting her. :(

Cheeky Tilly!

I have two that bite to say.....Fuss time is over now put me down :) pip has never bitten me. Oreo is not a fan of being held if carried so he always gives me a little nibble, fudge will ever so often and he bite so hard recently he made my finger bleed (that was after I had treated me with the dreaded spray so I will forgive him)

You soon get to know the biters. Rhubarb tends to want to bite when I'm clipping her nails so I keep her mouth away from my hand while I'm clipping.

Cheeky piggie! Ouch! Vampire piggies are the best :))

Once, Lola bit me on my chest and drew some blood. It was because she was chewing my top and she went a bit too deep so she caught my skin.

Edwards always been a bit of a biter the vet said he was the only guinea she had ever met who bit. His favourite game at the moment is to jump into the hay box when I am changing the hay and if I gently try to move him to get the new hay in he bites .

My boy is a bit of a nipper. He seriously hates being disturbed and if you rub his side you WILL get nipped. He has drawn blood twice with my mum! I even took him to the vet to be checked as he was so annoyed and I wondered if something was hurting him. However with the vets advice we know this is just his personality and just avoid annoying him. He is his own man  How anyone could pts because a guinea bit them is utterly beyond me.

I won't deny he is a challenging boy ( he is a rescue so he probably has his reasons) but we adore him nonetheless.

Tilly was very well behaved when we first rescued her but, since Hettie came along, she has really come out of her shell as if she is showing off to Hettie!

She does make me laugh!

Truffles likes to pull at fluff on my dressing gown. She tried this on my arm, and 'pinged' my skin three times, these came up in tiny raised bumps. She didn't break the skin though. I think she'll always be inclined to nibble, it's in her nature. I don't love her any less for it, and just remember to not let her near my skin, although she does lick my hand from time to time.
BonBon had me once at bath time, she didn't like it (first water experience) and meaningfully grabbed at my wrist, drawing blood. Although they are flight animals, they will sometimes bite to defend themselves if cornered, that's why they also chatter their teeth as a warning... especially from water :))
Truffles chatters her teeth at my husband when he goes to pick her up from floor time, but she's yet to take it any further, not to say she won't. She's a spritely character, knows what she wants, always the loudest at feeding time, yet also the most sweet at lap time, she's more than happy to sleep in my arms, or snuggle up on her favourite pillow (yes, she has her own fluffy pillow :) ).
I would have thought Tilly would have been the most likely to nip, as she has a timid nature, but she'd rather run and hide first, and has never chattered her teeth. She's just learned to lick, and is becoming a lap pig, but will probably take a lot longer to.

Yes Tilly likes to nibble on any clothing but, as I only had a short sleeved top on when I put her in the run, it was me she got!
