It just seems to be one thing after another at the moment. We have just noticed tonight that one of our pigs is tilting his head to the right a lot. His ear is also twitching a lot so I'm thinking it could be mites, but have read about ear infections and them very quickly becoming fatal. He's still eating and drinking as normal and coming out of his cage for a run around. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Sorry to hear this, needs a vet check up for sure, please let us know how you get on

Sounds like it might be an ear infection. Another trip to the vets I'm afraid.

Just back from the vets, the vet couldn't find anything wrong with him, said there was no unusual discharge in his ear and that his coordination was all fine. She checked his chest and that was all fine too. She did pull a hair out so maybe that was irritating him. The vet has given anti inflammatory as a precaution. Just have to keep an eye on him I guess.
