Timothy Hay

Hey,
As we had run out of hay , I asked my mum to get some more for my pig Bella. She brought back a pack of Timothy hay from pets at home. We have never brought Timothy hay, we have always got bale hay . The Timothy hay had pictures of bunnys
on it and didn’t say anything about which animals could eat it. Is it safe for Bella to have? Thanks a bunch

Definitely! My pigs prefer timothy hay above all other hays and is the main part of their diet I believe it’s also lower in calcium than meadow hay which is good too.

My lot love timothy hay, to be honest, I don't know of any pigs that don't like it...LOL
