Timothy or Meadow hay?

I am on the Hay for Pets website and not sure which one to get?

I ordered the samples before but my girls didnt seem to prefer one to the other.

Mine have both. They have meadow hay as bedding (which the also eat) and Timothy in their hay balls

I personally think meadow is best for bedding as it is softer

I am allergic to meadow hay so have the excel forage

Mine love the Timothy hay. I really like it too as it is quite thick so it gives them a challenge when eating it.

Bought a big bag of Timothy hay in then end........my girls prefer cheaper Asda hay !
