Recently, there are tiny flies with red heads flying near my piggies' cage. I tried killing them before and some of them had blood when I smashed their head. Do you know what type of bug is this and how to get rid of them? Should I be concerned about this?
Hello and welcome to the forum. I’m not sure what flies these are. Could you google them to identify them? Maybe they are fruit flies? Do you leave lots of veggies in your piggies cage? Try removing any uneaten veg after 30 mins. Also make sure the cage is nice and clean with any wet bedding removed frequently.

I searched it up before, they might be fruit flies but I'm not too sure since they can sense me walking towards them and flew away quickly. Couldn't really get a closer look at them. There is obviously something attracting them which you need to eliminate. Firstly pick up as many poops as you can find, do this at least 2-3 times a day. Remove any vegetables or fruit that has not been eaten within an hour. Give unlimited hay and try to keep your cage or hutch as dry as possible paying attention to any toilet areas

I suspect this is the fly you are seeing. It's a fruit fly native to Asia and a major pest of soft fruit. (It's unfortunately somehow reached Europe and the USA and has caused devastation to strawberry crops already).
They probably aren't harmful to guinea pigs but as said above, to get rid of them you need to ensure there is nothing in the room that might attract them. I guess fine netting over the cage or windows might help exclude them, but that's maybe not practicable.

I see, there's actually netting over the windows so i dont know where did there come from
