Does anyone else have piggies that are small at full grown? Flower did once reach 825g but she's currently 670g 🤔 her sister caramel averages between 725-750g so I think they're just small pigwigs 🤔 I have had flower vet checked twice in the last month since she's had a downwards trend by two different vets (one an exotic vet) and she's perfectly healthy just a bit small 😍 she's around 17-18months 🙈
I do worry that in the event of an illness she could become unwell rather quickly due to not having many reserves but she eats well, is active and happy, i can't see any food bullying or any hostility within the group, they're a happy bonded group of 5 😍 I've tried feeding oats etc with no difference 🤷‍♀️ just a naturally small piggy? 💗IMG_20210822_205019.webp

My Edward is weighing in at around 900g which is small for a boy. He weighed 1100g in his prime. He’s nearly 6 and has been vet checked who has put it down to his age but he’s happy and healthy and eats like a horse so I try not to worry

Yes my late piggy Jemima was always a small piggy and never weighed more than 850g

My biggest girl is 650g right now at about six months old, while my smallest is still 360g & only two weeks younger.

I’ve had some huge piggies and some tiny piggies. The important thing is what’s normal for them. With regular weighing you can easily track any changes. Some piggies are just constitutionally much smaller than others. They look lovely

Thankyou, I was concerned because she slowly dropped from 825 to 670 but she's been vet checked twice since the start of weight loss and she's all good 😁 I'm used to 1kg+ piggies so its quite the surprise 😅
