tipping it over on purpose!

i give Elvis he food to stop him squeaking and he eats it then he puts his head under it and tips it over. i know i need to get i heavier bowl but in the meantime what do i do? he waste so much food he can be a pest at times but i still love him to bits.

Perhaps just give him smaller amounts at a time until you can get to the shops to get him a heavier bowl :-\
I feed Duke on a tray as well, bowl for his pellets, and the tray for all his fruit and veggies....maybe try that also, good luck

all mine now have non tip cat bowls
i got mine from asda for 39p each, they come in great funky colours too
also you could try hiding treats around the cage, because pigs love to forage for food,

oh my rabbits use to do that who are now died and i couldnt get an havey bowl then the own i had

my holly and meggie use to do it too but there dont no more now as i changed bowls

you will just have to stick it out untill you get a new bowl

Merlin loves bowl tipping. He loves to tip it right over then put his 2 front feet in the bowl whilst he eats.
Then he has to think for a few seconds when he wants to get out again but then he remembers. ;D
