Tips on cutting piggy's nails.

I'm having some trouble cutting Gizmo's nails. He is so naughty and hates having them done. I do them the correct way and know to cut below the blood line as I used to be a veterinary nurse, so I know I'm not hurting him! At one point it took three of us to trim them! One to hold him, one to cut and one to feed him a treat whilst he was having it done. Am I being to soft and that's why he is playing up? He sometimes tries and nips me. He isn't as bad as he used to be, as I can now cut them by myself but I have to be careful of his nips! :p
I've read the thread about cutting nails and done all of that but still he plays up. Joey is so good and never nips and just sits there until they are done. Any advice I would be grateful.

Basically you need to ignore him and just trim the nails. The longer you take about it the more he will react to your apprehension about the situation!

Yes i did read the sticky but thanks anyway. He just so naughty! I will try the ignorance method and just ignore his beahiour and see what happens.

Yeah must be the name. He is very cheeky anyway and always has to come and nose what your doing when he is out for floortime and your doing something near him.
Hope I can ignore him and aviod the nips.
