Yay, well today I'm going upto Pets at Home in Worcester to pick up my new cage (Savic Nero 4 with Stand), will be coming home to set it up then heading upto Wilsons in Kidderminster to get a girlie pig or 2 :D I cant wait!
And then in another 2/3weeks I'll be introducing Simba and the girl/s!
 
I thought you had chosen two baby sows for him, or am I going mad and imagining that 98) ;D
 
No not going mad, I had. I'd picked 2 gorgeous ones and fell in love with them from a friend of a friend's unplanned (second :-\) litter. Anyway, she was certain she had 3 girls and 1 boy, was definite about it and got me to choose the 2 I wanted. A week or so later she decided they might be boys instead and cancelled my visit in case I got 'too attached'. I got a bit suspicious at this point, think she'd got too attached and didnt want to get rid! Latest news Ive heard is that there was 2 girls, 2 boys but 1 girl has died and shes now not willing to rehome any of the others.
 
What a shame :( Well as long as Simba ends up with some friends, good luck with the intros
 
Debs, please post a piccy of new cage when you have time, would love to see it! Even better, with new residents in situ O0
 
I have the savic nero 4 :D my pigs love it, but i added some extra levels for extra height.
 
Yeah i was confused to until you explained, mmm that's sad :'( but a bit weird too mmmm oh well you're going to get some beautiful piggies so lets focus on them :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

I think she means, the piggies she had already picked out and now she is unable to have them, but I could be wrong.
 
Congratulations. When you get them would love to here all about them and some pictures of the new cage and guineas would be great. Any names yet or are you going to wait until you have picked them and/or found out what they like? :)
 
I'm back! Uploading pics now and will post them in a couple of forums :D
I'd already chosen the name 'Nala' for my future girl piggie on the day I got Simba! lol
And I'd planned to call the previous 2 - Nala and Kiara so I've kept those names :D
