Hiya all

What signs do your piggies give you during lap time to let you know they need to be put back for toilet time? :)

Treacle and Bernadette sniff around everywhere looking for somewhere to pee.
Junior is weird and he starts reversing usually! If he's sitting on a lap pad or blanket, he'll reverse his little bum off the edge and pee! He's strange :)p

Wiggling, fidgeting, towel pulling and most of all reversing off the towel! (Also licking our fingers and coming nose to nose). They make it very clear!

Mine move around loads, but most of them just wee on us without any notice!

mine start nudging me and maybe nipping, and as soon as they go into their home, they go straight to their corner potty :):)

One of mine also reverses! He reverses his rump right up to the sofa, sometimes I am not quick enough to pick him up and put him in the play pen before he wees!

My other pig gently nips me when he wants to go to the loo.

My 2 just pee and poop on my lap without any warning. I discover they've gone to the toilet when they move away from that spot to find a cleaner and drier one. Hence waterproof lap pads are a must in this house.

Most of mine just wee regardless, they let it ALL out! Sometimes Ed wiggles his back legs but usually by the time he's done that it's too late.

Early warning signs - Nibbling on clothes, material, fidgeting, little squeaks, trying to escape by running down outstretched legs!

Late warning signs - Bottom wiggling backwards and shuffling which usually means wee is imminent!

Rosie doesn't really give any definite warning signs that are noticable from her normal behaviour. She likes to just pee right where she is sat, and makes sure it is the biggest pee ever which goes straight through the blanket and all down my jeans. Alternatively she likes to pee as you pick her up, normally it is when she is being put back in her hutch or being taken out, as Helen at the potteries found out when we took her down there for some sow dating. ;)
Ruby hasn't peed on me yet, we have only had her 10 days so i'm sure there is time, i'm going to watch carefully to see if she gives any warning.
