Too much banana?

I understand that pigs can't have too much banana so I feed my 2 a little piece every few weeks. Today whilst in their run, I gave them 2 thin slices each BUT Connie ate all 4 pieces herself I am now concerned that she has had too much

As i understand it too much banana can cause constipation so just keep an eye on whether she is pooing

What should I do if she has had too much?

I think she'll be fine on the four pieces, one of mine once ate nearly half a banana (my daughter over-did it a little!) and luckily was ok. Hope all ok

i always give mine about an inch chunk each every few weeks and they are normally all fine i think it probably means too much as in if its eaten everyday or something.

i only give my piggies bananna when they have soft poops and they usually get one slice each for around 3 days , zoe usually tells me when she has had enough of something she just refuses to eat it O0 like sweetcorn she had that for 3 weeks and just like that she won't touch it now :o :o :o am sure connie will be fine, you could try some dandelions as they make poops softer but honestly i think she will be alright you could syringe her some water to play it safe O0 many hugs :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: maybe next time hand feed eliza poor sweetheart missed out :'( :'( :'( many :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* for you eliza O0
