Just a quick one, think I was misinformed on how often kale can be fed, I was aware tomatoes, carrots, apple etc should be limited to once a week tops, but just read a thread saying kale was a high calcium food , we have been giving kale and cabbage daily with a small amount of nuggets . Will this cause harm if I stop now?

How old are your piggies? Too much kale and calcium can cause problems in the long term. Cabbages are high in magnesium (which in veg seems to be linked to high calcium) so if you can get it down to a 1 in strip of spring greens (lowest in calcium) daily, that would be great for a balanced diet in combination with the veg listed under daily veg. You can also give a green bean daily, if you wish to, and if you'd like some variation, serve a little extra of another veg in rotation.
You may find this thread here helpful because it has a fairly detailed list of what you can feed how often in which quantity: Recommendations For A Balanced General Guinea Pig Diet
