How much pee is too much pee?

My 5 month old, Nugget, has in the last 2 days soaked through his puppy pads. I've had to change his puppy pads and fleece daily. Its wet under his hidey to the point the fleece is soaked and the pads can't soak up anymore.

I've not noticed any change in his drinking habits, though always been a big drinker.
Given him an MOT but can't find any immediate signs of illness so thinking it could be a UTI?

Was hoping next week to bond him with another piggie, finally found a place that will let me take him along for a piggie match up session, but if hes poorly that's out the question.

Do I need to book him a vet appointment or just keep an eye on him?

They do tend to pee where they eat and sleep. Though I don’t know how much is too much...

It just seems an awful lot more than usual. I don't usually have to change his pads for at least 4 ish days

I’d keep an eye on him and take him to the vet should his behaviour change

Not sure on exact amount but going by my other single boar with the same bottle he's drinking almost 3 times more than him.
I thought his bottle was leaking at first until I saw him actually drink it.

I would get him checked out, as that can be a sign of either urinary or respiratory infection.
