Too warm or not too warm, that's the question alright.

The air temp is (apparently) 15°. The low overnight will be 10°.

But there's an awful lot of cloud cover and the goblin room is 21.7° when I went in to put them to bed. I've opened the window. I hate doing it because the numbers aren't good enough but I have to. I'll give it an hour and then go back in. I hate this weather. Just be hot or cold.

I've just been in and closed it, much longer and I'd fall over in the cage lol. It dropped below 21° so I'll take that, and hopefully remember to open the window right when I wake up. I hate that window in their room too, it's got a sticky latch. Possibly from lack of use but since the windows are ancient anyway I'll blame it on that.

It's been weeks since the guy was here to measure them  so many words to describe the homeowner, none of them suitable for the forum lol. And he wonders why I won't let him in to do inspections.

Mmmm hopefully they’re on order …..you know what’ll happen they’ll want to install them when you’re recuperating …..so they can jog on then !

They got really snarky about my cancelling one (literally, one) appointment to do the inspection last year and I decided screw it, I've been nice enough about you arranging viewings and just not turning up without so much as a phonecall to say "we're not coming sorry". You get what you give.

Cam and Bann are so spoilt! I love hearing about their antics.
I lost the spare grids for a 6 x2 cage, after turning cupboards upside down this week I've remembered they are at my daughters! I was taking Red and Brillo backwards and forwards there last year when I went for visits so they could have their meds. I've not take them for a while as my partner has now got the confidence to do it when I'm not here.
New windows will make such a difference, no more leaks and draughts. We can't believe the difference they have made to this house. Even though everything else is worn and falling apart they've still made the place seem brighter and cleaner. It was 8 weeks from survey until they were fitted.
I hope you sleep well and wake up full of energy for your bedroom shuffle!

Cam and Bann are so spoilt!

Back when I had the tonsillitis and was getting antibiotics and Covid tests dropped off I remember saying to Nathan (who dropped them off) something about worrying about the pigs or wanting to make sure they were sorted at least and Nathan's like, "Anthony, you spoil those pigs." and I went to argue back and then was like "I...yes. Yes I do." Half the bed's cleared, enough to sleep on anyway, and I've just spent 10 minutes organising the desk drawer (full of coil boxes) lol. Great way to waste time - find a non-job to do!

Piggies deserve to be spoilt!
I really should go to bed, I'm sitting here putting it off because the boys are all looking cute sleeping. The second I move 3 of them will leap up squeaking for their bed time hay top up. Brillo will follow a second later when he feels the vibrations from the other's excitement (he's deaf and won't hear me move).

I’m with you @Lorcan I open up for the piggies in the morning but I have to close them up at night (fleece, duvet) because it’s not quite warm enough 😭 I wish it would make up its mind!

I should probably sleep too. But I’m watching Viking Valhalla with the husband and having a coffee…and knitting!

It's too humid to sleep lol. I'll crash soon, yawning too much not to, but you'll never convince me it's 18° out there

It’s 8c outside here. Sounds realistic.
