Toys For Guinea Pigs

My 2 are currently recovering and having treatment for ringworm. My daughter is keen to give them a treat when they are better and wants to get them toys. Any recommendation? Have see saws etc.. do guineas like such toys?

All our piggies favourite toy is the brown paper bag stuffed with hay, eventually one of them will burst out of the bag like something out of Alien ...

Poes fave is a kitchen towel roll bent in half and hay stuffed in both ends, i wedge it throught the c&c grid and he has great fun playing tug of war!

Brown paper bags are a fun, easy and cheap toy that guineas just love! They also love hamocks if you can rig it up safely. They'll popcorn their little hearts out!

Mine like gnawing willow balls and running through tunnels, they also like fleece strips hanging over them.

I posted a thread in the basic care section called DIY piggie toys x it's basically a toy made with items u find in the home that are totally safe for guinea pigs x check it out! Pigs also love willow, wicker,seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan, wood. I would just google some toys online. You will find loads! Vetuk is a good website to use. Piggies teeth are constantly growing so they need things to chew. Hay should be unlimited and grass should be fed often in summer as long as it's dry. My boys love dandelions and the heads x

Wow, just filled a paper bag with hay, have never seen my girls so happy! Think I'll have to invest in a supply of bags. They're also making use if some beer boxes, especially the ones with partitions that I fill with veg
