What are your guinea pigs favourite toys & hideouts?

I want to make sure I have all the best toys for when my piggies arrive :D

Mine like the cardboard tubes and obviously the hay basket! Best place ever!

Brown paper (or newspaper) you get in packaging from boxes when you order stuff online. He goes crazy then sits in it whilst chewing at it. Sometimes moving a foot or his bottom! I think he likes the noise it makes. :luv:

Brown paper (primark) bags and toilet tubes filled with hay go down a treat ... plus shoe boxes/cardboard boxes are preferred over plastic pigloos ... They like the simple things in life!

The only store bought toy mine bother with are the willow balls you can buy for chewing.

Yes mine love cardboard boxes too. And the cardboard tubes you get from asdas/ pet shops.

I had just bought some from pets at home and then went to asda and they had them, so I bought more!

Bless them, I had a lovely fabric tunnel made for my boys they love it :) they love playing what looks like a game of tag and they shot through all the tunnels during the game it's funny to watch :)

I've been looking at the fabric ones. Think I'm going to have to treat my ladies :)

I love the £1 tunnels at Asda, great price for it! I haven't tried fabric tunnels yet, but its something I might consider :)

If I talk nicely to our local carpet fitter he gives me his inner packaging tubes for his lino &carpet. I just need to cut it to required length with a saw or hacksaw. Not as wide as the other asda or wilko tubes by about 1cm diameter but good for free :)
&he is always happy to get rid of them to me, less rubbish for him to dispose of :)
Grace is a big honker anyway&she fits in them ok ;)
Ahh my babies :)
