Traveling what to do

Hello, we have our guinea pig which is a adult, and we are going up to the mountains in a few weeks, my grandmother who usually watches him can’t watch him because of family reasons. And I’m skeptical on boarding him. Also we cant find any other friend/family to watch him, any ideas of what we should do?

Are there professional pet sitters in your area? We pay a volunteer from the shelter where our pigs are from. She pet sits on the side. We just were away for a week. She comes twice a day to sweep and feed them, and does a full cleaning one time. Sends pics at each visit - it's great!
