Hi, I will be going camping for 3 nights and I probably won't be able to take my two guinea pigs, is it possible to leave them with a lot of water/food for 3 days, or will that majorly effect their health?

Are you able to get someone to come in and check on them? At least to change the water. And they would likely eat all the veg first 😁🤤

We went away once for 2 nights and I got my niece and her dad to come in and feed etc.

Up to you. I’m sure others have good ideas as well.

I wouldn't leave them for that long. Is there someone who can pop in at least once a day to check on water, hay, pellets and give veg? Twice a day would be better. I've left mine overnight but certainly wouldn't leave them longer than that. Have you tried piggy boarding places? Asked your vet who Does piggy boarding?

Hi!

Please do not leave your piggies on their own without anybody coming to feed them. They need fresh water daily as well as fresh hay, veg and pellets; the veg will go off long before you come home.
Do have a pet service locally that would be prepared to come in once a day to feed your piggies?
