treating fungal.any tips

hi has anyone got good advice for treating fungal?iv been given a cream a friend uses but doesnt seem to be clearing.got handed a sow covered in large scabs.shes been bathed in a fungal shampoo just want it clear up.vets are useless so thought id ask here first

What is the cream, what is the shampoo, has it been confirmed as fungal?

has it been ivomeced?, if your treating for fungal and its mites then the treatment wont do anything.
