My ButterCup passed away last Saturday.

I noticed she didn't eat her morning veggies with the herd so I waited till the veterinary office open but she didn't make it. She crossed the rainbow bridge on the way to the vet's office.

She was seized by animal control from her previous home due to poor living conditions. I fell in love with her the moment I saw her. She got to live in a piggie mansion and was a member of a large herd.

She looked like a grumpy piggie but she was the complete opposite, she was a happy go lucky piggie doing daily popcorning. I take comfort knowing that she felt loved with us and spoiled like every piggie should be.

I am very sorry for your unexpected loss. You have given Buttercup a very happy life. She couldn't have found a better or more loving home! She was a gorgeous lady, and you must miss her terribly!

Try to take consolation that her death did come quickly and gently, and that she didn't suffer much. We'd all rather choose to suffer the extra pain from the shock ourselves if it means that our beloved ones don't have to carry the extra burden. Sadly we can never choose when a piggy is called back to the Rainbow Bridge or in which way. :(
 
I am really sorry to read of the loss of your beautiful little lady. She sounded lovely and such a stunner. I know she would have had the most loving home with you. Huge hugs x x

So sorry to hear of your loss. Buttercup looked lovely - a very sweet piggie. And clearly very much loved.

Beautiful photos of your fuzzy faced curly whiskered beauty. So sorry that she didn’t have longer with you, but she looks to have thoroughly enjoyed he life with you. Keep on popcorning beautiful Buttercup. Hugs xx
 
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Buttercup was beautiful and a very lucky piggy to live with your lovely herd in such a fantastic piggy home. Sending you hugs.

What a lovely tribute to buttercup. Made me smile saying she looked grumpy but was the complete opposite... :wub: ahhh she sounded just wonderful. So sorry for your loss.
