I saw a spider on the side of my piggies' hutch today, talk about getting into the Hallowe'en spirit. It was a big black spider with a yellow backside and didn't really try to run off... I wonder what kind of spider it was.

Well I suppose it wasn't that big, and I was closing up the hutch for the day anyway, but it was kind of spooky looking... I'm not scared of spiders while I'm outdoors because it's easy to crush them with my shoe.

I didn't crush that one though.
