I want everyone to meet little Truffle, she is the latest addition to the Piglet household and is Honey's new companion.
After spending a long time looking for a neutered male for Honey to pair up with and enquiring everywhere I could email/phone! I heard from a friend that a woman she knew had 3 little sows she couldn't care for and was probably going to 'hand them over' to a pet shop if she couldn't rehome them. She let me take 2 home to bond with Honey, who instantly disliked the first (a beautiful dark red) but automatically adopted the little brown & cream, fussing over her as soon as they were introduced.
I was pleased as the little red was able to go back to her other sister and the very next day I found out they were also going to a happy home xx>>> So everything worked out perfectly and Honey is the happiest I have ever seen her. She spends her whole time cuddling her new friend, popcorning and has become so affectionate as if thanking me.
