Adult Guinea Pig
Big step for little Tilly, who until now has always been a bit cautious at handling time, and liked to sit on my shoulder. This last week, she's not been spending as much time up there, and has started to sit contently on my lap murmuring sweet nothings to me whilst licking my fingers.
She's the type of piggy that takes their time to gain confidence, she still jumps on the house at feeding time, but will take out of your hand readily. She used to bolt into the house when being put back in, but now ambles across the cage instead, not looking quite so worried.
Truffles is a law to herself, she loves lap time, but you have to watch her, as not long after these were taken, she was trying to make off to floor level for a run around
I have to be wary of her teeth, as she tends to grab at the nearest thing when being picked up, usually me.
She certainly has her quirks!
I have to wash her bum quite regular as she's started to get the hairs wet in her pee
