Trying to relocate a rescues number from potters bar

Hello,
I originally rescued 2 pigs from a lady in potters bar but I have lost her contact details (and forgot her name although I'm sure I'd recognise it). One of the two has now passed away and I'm trying to contact her. If anyone has her details id greatly appreciate it.

It wasn't Hazelcroft was it?
Not exactly Potters Bar but very close.

It was an independent lady. Don't recognise hazelcroft.
Some one on here gave me her details when I was looking for sows to bond with a boar
