Thanks! My camera died on me after those pics and I missed a pic of where they both decided to climb onto my knee and chew the toggles of my PJs! Then Tufty decided he liked Truffles toggle best so there was a tugging contest untill Truffles gave up and wen't for sprint round the bathroom instead. They seem to be doing quite well ... a bit of mounting and rumbling here and there but it all seems friendly and not pushy like it was before. I think it is because of the space, it really makes a difference.

These are gorgeous! Lovely names too. Bet it was lovely watching them explore. Thanks for posting these lovely pics.

Lil Piggles, I saw you only joined last month - I only joined a few days ago! (I'm addicted already")
Just clicked on your name and saw you have 2 chickens!
We have 3 chickens/hens, got them in July as growers, we totally love them!
Have you had yours long? We have a rescue cat too...she loves watching/minding the chickens, really cute! Think she thinks she's their mum or something! We're getting our first 2 piggies in a few weeks, we're mainly getting them for our daughter who's been ill since Christmas. However, I am just as excited, if not more than she is!

What a cute pair of youngsters! Great that they are settling in.

They are gorgeous! x) I love their big piggie ears drool

Yeah we have 1 Brahama cross and 1 leghorn cross chicken. They both lay quite regularly and are friendly and funny to watch. They are my husbands chickens really ... I have the piggies and he has the chooks and then we share our 4 indoor cats who are our babies!

Tufty and truffles were sort of an intentional 'impulse' purchase. I knew I wanted some guinea pigs but kept telling myself to not be so silly, I had enough pets to look after and then I just found these two when getting my usual pet supplies and that was it ... I wasn't leaving without them ... x) They really are wonderful. They have been a worry sometimes with their spraying and rumbling but they are settling down and getting really friendly. I'm loving looking after them. :))

yeah chickens are sooo funny to watch, i never realised how comical they are til we got them. one of ours gets really nosy and a little cross when I clean the coop out and is literally on my case straight away hopping in and out, clucking away, protesting generally! Sometimes I just can't get the job done with her hassling me so I let them 'free range' for a bit (only a bit, holes are dug VERY quickly and grass pulled up by the roots very quickly too!), it's the only way! They can get really friendly can't they, it kills me when I think of industrial 'caged'/battery farm hens, but glad it's improving slightly from January with the new rules - better than nothing.
4 cats too - love cats! they sound lovely! how are the cats and the guinea pigs? i'm wondering what our cat will be like. she'll **** be jealous but thankfully doesn't appear to have much of a hunting instinct (she's never brought a creature in, thankfully, unlike next door's cat) although I will be watching her like a hawk. So glad you're enjoying your 2 lil guinea pigs, they really are lovely and as the previous member said, lovely dumbo ears!

OMG x) How cute are these two drool
I'm in awe how clean their space is - have just cleaned three of my pens out and there are poopies everywhere already mallethead :(|)
