Tummy Rumble

Can guinea pigs make tummy rumble noises? I was watching the pigs eat their nuggets and a funny tumble rumble, not gurgle, noise happened. Me and my mum didn't think it was us!

Yes, I often hear a tummy rumble when having a cuddle with one of my girls - particularly when I have given them something to eat! Sometimes its quite loud too!

I know it sounds strange but my kids have had our piggies on their laps and they'll laugh and say mom the pig just trumped! I think as long as the strange noises don't go on for too long or often they must be the same as us humans and they must get fluctuations like us! Bless them!

They sure can! I've heard some pretty impressive noises come out of my lot... sneezes, coughs, tummy rumbles, gurgles, and... yes... trumps!
