I’d also recommend you cover the wire ramp from the cage to the play area - walking on wire is a risk of injury but also piggies feet are so delicate and walking on wire can cause other foot problems

What would you recommend? Everytime we do they pull it down.
This isn't the only part of their cage.You should put in a big pile of hay.
I agree that the wire ramp needs to be covered urgently - a piggy could get a leg trapped and end up with a serious injury.
You could cable tie some cardboard to it, and then cover that with a piece of fleece held in place with bulldog clips.
Or sew a snug fitting fleece sleeve.
Or use an old thick sock.
bulldog clips and cable ties will work well.
