Turner Herd about to cause explosion

Have to report that the Devil Pig Cosmos is causing havoc again and has enlisted the help of Twinkle and Astro. Last night we watched as they ganged up and started to chew the plastic wrapping on a four pack of Sainsbury's Lemonade.

Despite shooing them away and threatening a cessation of floor time they continued to return. We have moved the bottles but we had the vision of one of them, most likely Astro, suddenly puncturing said lemonade bottle and being propelled backwards with a geyser of frothing lemonade.

Do they deliberately plan mischief or are they attracted by the sweetness.

Yep, deliberately planned I feel. If mine go too quiet during play time it's usually because they're up to no good!

hahaha.. my guineas have taken to testing the nuggets bag. I try a shoddy attempt at masking said sack with a towel but they're getting savvy. I'm very very lucky though, Vincent is such a good boy you normally only have to tell him a few times and he stops nibbling. Worked for bars and it worked for table legs! No shooing required!

Oh they are beyond nugget bags, as I discovered when I lifted one and nuggets were trickling out of the bottom. Likewise hay bags are easy game.

I think my guinea pigs are plotting against me. I finished a book today, turned to the last page...and it wasn't there! There was just a few teeth marks where Kenny had eaten it. He was very quiet yesterday during floortime, I thought he was sleeping but nope, he was finishing off The Hobbit

Ha ha, so many naughty piggies on here! I have one well-behaved boy, but he is also very lazy so I suspect his good behaviour is due to just can't be bothered to bestir himself. This is a pig who prefers being hand fed to eating for himself so he is not likely to go out of his way to chew anything inappropriate. His cage mate is the terror. He chews anything he can get his toofies on. At floor time in the bathroom once he knocked over the wicker wastebasket and chewed so many holes in it, it had to be thrown out.
