Turning something bad into something good

I just wanted to share the creation my OH made out of a old cage that was falling apart ( was given to me with rupert)

first he took off the rotten planks and replaced them with better ones

gave the run a clean

attached an old door to make a window

a few screws and a couple of hinges later i now have a new run for myguinea pigs

all thats left is to finish painting it
