I bought on Monday a new piggy. It is an abbyssian and I bought it thinking it was a girl. Because at the pet shop they said it was a girl. I wanted it to be friends with my other abbyssian I have that's a girl. Because I have already a boy. He's an American short satin hair. And it turn out to be that the girl I bought this Monday is a boy. It's a abbyssian boy. Now I have 2 boys. And only one girl. Now she's gonna be alone in her cage. Can she get depress if she's alone in a cage? She's been for the past 2 months with my first boy. I don't know if she will be sad all by her self. And the other 2 boys in the other cage. I'm keeping an eye on her for sign of pregnancy. But so far nothing.

I would wait with any plans until you know for sure whether your girl is pregnant or not. That is unfortunately quite a wait, but worth it. Your little girl won't be quite as unhappy if she can still hear the boys, but please - for the sake of your boys - make sure that they can't see her because that could cause a fight between the boys.

So I should keep them close by but far away so they can't see her? I will do as you said. I think my Apple will be happy by her self. Ugo bothers her a lot. But she keeps her head up. I will be patient with my girl and see if she's gonna have babies. Hopefully and with any luck she's not pregnant. I will keep you posted.

Ideally you have a gap between boys and girls' cages because of the pheromones of sows in season. Keeping boys above girls is another option. At worst, they can live next to each other with a solid divider between them, but it is not ideal, especially with subadult hormonal boars (younger than 15 months).

I will keep the close by but not in the same room. Because my boys are young and I don't want to cause any fights between them. Because of my girl Apple. She will be ok. She likes her own time. With no boys around.
