I believe my piggy likes watching TV.

Whenever I take him out of the cage and play with him on my bed, he always tries to get away, get as close to the TV as possible and than stare at it.

I turned it off yesterday while he was staring, and he begun to make some kind of sounds (don't know what sounds, I'm new to guinea pigs so I still can't tell the difference).

Anyway it's kind of creepy.
 
My guinea pigs like TV and music, I think they find the sound a comfort.
 
Rory loves Spongebob....and iCarly on Nickelodeon, I think he likes the 2 girls (or maybe the boy - I don't judge) on there! :(|)
 
Cinnamon has very strong views on telly. She always squeaks when it's on and fidgets -- probably doesn't like having my attention diverted from her. She made a huge racket and fuss when Take That came on TV -- good girl, Cinny, I'm glad you hate the same bands as I do!
 
My guinea pig loves the Lloyds TSB adverts with the funny music and he squeaks all the while when they come on! xoxo
 
Winston and beanie love the TV and music. (they particularly enjoy Mamma Mia!x))
Although they started rumbling on Sumday when o/h put paul simon on...obviously he offends them:))

I've not noticed my girls taking any notice whatsoever of the tv so far.......only our budgie loves it, and sometimes Bella (the dog) will stand and stare at it :)
Maybe it's the shows we watch....mmmmmmm probably csi and those shows not interesting for piggies :{
 
My piggies live outside but can see the tele through the window
so at night - well early evening i sit watching them and they sit watching the tele

My piggies mostly ignore the TV but they don't seem to be big fans of music.
However they do hide away if I have a nature programme on! The animal sounds must frighten them. I feel like I'm torturing them, but I really enjoy the shows lol, oh dear

if i am honest its just my singing
