Junior Guinea Pig
Our beloved Twirl sadly passed away on Tuesday 10th 2016.
Twirl didn't have the best start in life and was sadly neglected and put up for re-homing where she gave birth to two healthy pups. We adopted Twirl at 13 months old and to start with she was a very shy and nervous piggy. She soon came out of her shell with some persuasion from her new found cage-friend Peaches, whom she shared the rest of her life with.
She met her "husboar" Archie at Christmas and they got on famously well (although like all married couples, they had their differences of opinion)!
All three piggies lived a very happy and contented life together until Twirl sadly fell ill just a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with a heart condition. We tried all we could for her but sadly her little heart gave out.
Twirl was a really sweet, gentle and placid piggy who *loved* cuddles. She would happily sit on our chests snuggled up in the warmth for hours and enjoyed nothing more than being handled and stroked.
Gone but never forgotten - Twirl, you will always have a special place in our hearts.

SO sorry for your loss She was a beautiful girl. That first photo is lovely. Worth framing, I think. It would make a lovely keepsake. Sweet dreams, Twirl.
