Bekki
Senior Guinea Pig
Twirl is the remaining piggy from a previous trio. This was my first guinea pig bond but I have done 2 rabbit bonds before who are notoriously harder to bond, and I have a pair of boars so I am familiar will all the dominance behaviour to look out for but anyway it went well and Twirl and Minnie are now living together. They pretty much instantly cuddled up and shared some food when the cat came in the room (shes fine with pigs) but I kept watching them for a while to make sure.
This was the pen they bonded in
And this is now their home
Bottom flat under two rowdy boars in their Ferplast 140, a 4x2 C&C fits lovely under the cage on a stand.
and this is a better photo of the pair
Minnie came with a cage and a handful of grids, but as it turned out I could connect the few grids she came with to my rabbits pen (the white grids) and make them a bigger cage so I did that and now have a spare cage
