Pregnant!

As far as i am aware she was not housed with any boars before she came here. She came with 7 others from one family two neutured boars in diff cages to her. All girls that come to me go on pregnancy watch regardless of situation's. She is getting noticably pear shaped. I was hoping she was just filling out.

Somtimes she just has a bump to one side.

This is one of the first pictures we got of her, when she was in a decent state. She is the brown one.

this was yesterday, where she doesnt look too big, so perhaps she was just filling out, but when stood up (back paws on table) She has a lump to the side!
 
My Minx had a phase when her belly was sticking out one side one day and then the other side on the next day, about 3-4 weeks before giving birth to two pups.

I would recommend that you monitor her closely - it could well be that she is pregnant; however, I can't say conclusively yes or no!

Can you feel a hard ball where that bump is?
 
She is being monitord. Smartie her cage mate who was a single here for a while started out just the same, i didnt post about her, ive hadrly posted any issues really, i intend to do so more though

Smartie had two very big lumps, but is now just a big bottomd girly.

I'm hoping that she is just filling out, but it would be a new adventure to have some babys born here. Lets just wait and see. I'm not poking and proding her at the moment, but i have the occasional feel, ive not been confident enough to press to feel around for bodys. Ive just been placing my hand under her tum to see if anything moves. She will be given till the start of june before the all clear.
 
The most surefire way to tell whether a girl is pregnant or not is by looking at her nipples - if they are elongated and swollen, then she is pregnant, if they are looking like the ones of your other girls, then she is obviously not.
