Adult Guinea Pig
Any advice for this would be very much appreciated!
Basically, my older pig, Honey, has always been fed the 'Gerty Guinea Pig Tasty Mix', as was her sister, previously had no issue, I'm aware that nuggets are better for them to prevent selective eating however when trying to introduce her to these previously she just didn't eat them and I would rather feed her some dry food than none at all!
Now that my new piggy Willow is living with her, I'm struggling to work out dry food, as Willow has always been fed nuggets and I would rather keep is this way to avoid the selective eating. So far I have a bowl of Gerty in one bowl and a second bowl for nuggets. But Ive notice Willow has started snacking her share of the Gerty
I'm in a bit of a dilemma because if Honey isn't going to eat the nuggets I'd like her to have something, but I don't want Willow to get the whole idea of "there's more choice in this bowl"

The last few nights I have been taking the Gerty out of the cage just so it gives Honey a chance to consider nuggets. Is this the right thing to do?
I'm so stuck what to do, please help
Thank you.
