hiya we have got two new sows they are lovely :smitten:one choc colour 10 months called grace and one baby grey and white called tufty :smitten: at the mo they are so scared we cant get near them they bomb around the cage so are leaving them to it :)
we also know where there are 3 other sows that are in a right state someone in next village owns them but does not bother with them any more one is really matted and the other two have mites :'(we went down and they said we could have them..so we left them to nip to the pet shop to buy another Nero cause at the time Yolande was still alive and of course wanted to quarantine them.Dave went back to get them while i set cage up and they had changed there mind Dave assured them it was for the best but no :( :(i am hoping they will change there mind still and i have told them about GG for nee products but doubt they will bother :'(

anyway pics of my new babies to follow

Congratulations on your new arrivals O0

It is sooo sad what some people do to their piggies I hope they will change their mind and let you have the 3 that are in that awful situation, fingers crossed for you and them ;)

congratulations on your new girls tufty and grace. really some people should not own pets! makes me so mad :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: how hard is it to take care of guinea pigs? have just watched the rspca and saw a bedroom full of cats and a 8 year old race horse all skin and bones dumped in a paddock. some people should be shot! i know you don't want trouble but have you thought of reporting the people with the 3 piggies? i only ask as i am concerned for their welfare. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
good luck with your new girls and hope the other 3 babies find help and love soon. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: hugs and cuddles to you and your babies. :smitten: :smitten:

I think I'd have another go at trying the "rescue" the neglected piggies and then take choloe's advice and report them to the RSPCA. It'll mean a little bit of hassle for you but you'd have the peace of mind knowing the piggies would be cared for.

Good luck with your new acquisitions! Sure they'll settle in soon. O0

already on the case re the other 3 8) i am going there in the morning to clip the matted one ( i am a dog groomer so have the gear)and will have another word... O0

Well done. O0 :smitten:

so were the people abusing the piggies or they didn't know how to care for them properly? so glad you have clipped one and they have stuff to get rid of the lice. and looks like you have met some new piggy friends in the process. good for you! hugs to you and the fur babies. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
