Having just spent £50 on gorgeous tunnels and cuddle sacks for Christmas it was now hay time. That was another £55! They are the reason I work one day a week! Lol.

Guinea pigs are not cheap pets. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

For some reason mine also decides to switch to German as its default language from time to time!
Who knows what goes through their little electronic brains!
 
I agree, they're totally worth it! That reminds me, I need to order more hay this week. 5kg is lasting a week (ish). Got one more in the shed so looks like 3 more boxes of Timothy need to be ordered...or shall I order some meadow too? Hmmm decisions decisions. May need some guidance from the new GPU shop steward @Betsy

What size cube did you get @weepweeps? I've seen some in person but I think mine would get stuck in them!

My new Slave gets scrummy yummy meadow hay from the Alpaca Farm down the road and it's super yum! Both Lexi and I love it so much that I have put on nearly 80g and Lexi has put on a massive 117g since we arrived just over 8 weeks ago. I can't remember what hay our old Slave gave us.
