Two storey cage but guionea pigs will not use!

I have a two storey huntch but my gps will not go up the ladder or if I put them at the top they will not go down! I have had them in for a few weeks now and they sill havent mastered it out. I have put their fav food on the ladder and they still havent gone up or down. any advice please!!

Just keep tempting them with goodies, I am sure they will in time, they just need to get some confidence to explore.

I agree with Karen. My girls were the same and were like that for a few weeks. Once one starts to go up or down, the other/s will follow!
