If anybody has been following my past posts, you'll know that my one girl has fallen out with the other two. The thought of having to rehome her is killing me but I have limited space as unfortunately I live at home and my parents don't want to see the cage. So until I move out, which will hopefully be within the next year or so, the pigs are confined to my bedroom (not the most hygienic place I know but needs are musts.)
So with this in mind I thought about maybe having a two tier cage. I currently have a 6x2 c&c and I think if I had a two tier cage I'd probably drop it down to a 5x2 as the cage currently buts right up against the edge of my bed.
But I'm worried it'll look massive , won't be easy to clean and be too dark for the pigs on the bottom level.
What are your thoughts about two tier cages? If you have one could I see a photo of it?
