we are on holiday in st Lucia at the moment and we had a hilarious conversation on the beach with one of the guys from the watersports centre. He told us that one of the villas here is worth millions and the guy who owns it is a billionaire. Anyway, apparently the villa is sooooo luxurious that EVEN the dog kennels have air conditioning....I thought 'wow that's amazing' until my husband reminded me that our guinea shed was air conditioned ....he said nothing, I grinned quietly to myself ;-)

we are having a fab time I even managed an early morning run most days! but sadly leaving for home today although missed the fur babies, good to go back to them, but not the weather. Although I am concerned that the guineas won't want to come home as they have been thoroughly spoilt by my parents!

Yes it did make me laugh re the way we care for our animals, I think they would consider us absolutely nuts ! (Although we know that already but we just love our fur babies too much to care!) their animal care over there is not too bad though, compared to some places I have been.
