Unable to add photos

I keep getting the message:

"Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/theguineapig/public_html/includes/class_core.php
Line: 3277"

Anyone know what that means?

Used to be able to post pics from photobucket no problem

The photos (collage) are showing on your other threads. I think we are all getting errors posting at the moment but the posts go on even though the error shows..
