Hi guys.
A while back, I realized that people only seem to use red leaf or green leaf lettuce. I know that romaine has too much calcium and iceberg has no nutritonal value at all, but is anything wrong with little gem lettuce, round leaf lettuce, oak leaf lettuce etc.? I'm asking because where I live, it's very expensive and hard to get my hands on the usual types of lettuce.
Thanks
