UPDATE: Baby Guinea been to the vets

Just thought I would let you know that we took the baby girl guinea, now called midget, to the vets this morning and she has given her a thorough checkover. She said the actual wound didn't look too bad at all, it's just because she is scratching the scab off that it is bleeding so much.

She weighed her too and on Thurs she was 247grms and today she is 289grms! So she is gaining weight really well, very pleased for her. She has given us a cream and some metacam for her.

That's great news - fingers crossed she will heal up nicely and make a great recovery, poor little girl! Although she's obviously eating well! Good luck.
 
Good news - I hope that she is continuing to gain weight like that and that her wound will heal off properly!
 
YAY Great news been thinking of this baby.

Hope she carries on getting better and better. Bless her. :)
