Update of Forum Software

I am going to attempt to update the forum software. I have never done this before so I am unsure what happens to the forum as I do it. If the forum does not work, please keep trying and it will be back on as soon as possible. The update provides better spam filters - something that the forum needs.

It's not usually a problem, but back up the database to be sure.
