Well 10 months post cancer diagnosis she is still with us. There is now a definite bulge next to her kidney. She was very down and very lost after Jet died, I suspect it’s like an elderly couple losing their loved one. They did adored each other and the other girls went a bit mad without Jet. But slowly she has bounced back and the girls seem to take it in turns to look after auntie Biscuit.
I have finally got the smoosh under control, each time it happens a couple of bowls of critical care or some Burgess critical care nuggets and she is back fine again. She has slowed down, she loves sleeping in the hay and gets full very quickly (I suspect space in tummy is decreasing) but she isn’t losing weight and can still get some speed up when the others annoy her. She is getting grassy time and generally enjoying life so we carry on. I am surprised she is still here but she is battling well.
