I have just picked up the piggy from Vedra and she has done a fantastic job. She had him on a massage for a while, she then x-rayed him. She felt that it would cause more problems than it was worth to bandage it and so has left it. He now runs around on it and the swelling has gone and he is not in pain.

She said he will always have a bent leg but will be healed in 2-3 weeks.

When i first took him to the vets i was charged £67 this was for an x-ray one nights stay and 2 painkilling injections. Vedra charged me £40 for an x-ray an 9 days stay, pain relief and also the massage table! I will definitely be going back to Vedra

Thats great news. Vedra is a wonderful person. I live too far away too visit the CCT, but I did call Vedra earlier in the year for advice on my piggies bladder stone.

Excellent news, I am so pleased he is recovering so well! I agree with you on the prices too, aside from the expertise from Vedra the fact that you don't pay consultation fees is very handy!

I am so glad that the little guy is doing so well!

Wish I lived within reach of Vedra! It must be such a relief to be able to fall back on her with so many guinea pigs coming through your rescue.

You do live within reach of Vedra.
