Uploading Videos

Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions on how to embed a video into a post?

I've had a good search on the forum and can only find instructions for uploading photos.

I keep trying over and over and keep being told I have the wrong "extension".

I'm giving up for the evening. But if anyone has any handy instructions I'd appreciate it :-)

Have you tried uploading to YouTube, and then posting the link?
I think uploading to photo bucket works too.

Unfortunately all this is a bit beyond me :-(

I have such a funny video of Casran watching NCIS ... he literally can't take his eyes off the TV.

He looks so fat and scrummy too x

Unfortunately I'm not on photobucket. I don't know if that's easier than YouTube ?
