urgent advice needed

i have a 1 year old female guineapig the past 3 days shes been scratching alot and bloated today her urine smells extremely strong and sour her poo is regular in quantity but also strong smelling and soft but not runny shes been more aggresive lately ive tried her without veg for a day and another day without dry food both with no effect other than a grumpy guineapig her food hasnt changed and shes been treated for external parasites for the scratching theres no bugs present or dry skin if anyone has advice on what could be wrong id very much appreciate it

I would get to a vet. You don't want to mess around if she is bloated. Hope she feels better soon!

Agree with @Livia Rabideau - your piggy really needs to see a vet as a matter of urgency. Bloat can make a guinea pig go downhill very rapidly if left untreated. Soft and runny poo also indicates something is not right. Please take her to a vet asap, hope you get it sorted
