My sow has lost a lot of weight recently. She is eating still however she isn't drinking as much and she is less alert and separating herself from the other guinea pigs. I syringe fed her some water and about 5 minutes later some she urinated some sticky foamy urine. Please help!

Her eyes are also sunken and she is sleeping a lot. I read this could be dehydration so i have given her some cucumber and syringe fed her some water

I can't really suggest anything other than getting her seen by a vet as am emergency today. The sunken eyes and separating herself are worrying. I have not come across foamy urine before. I really hope she will be ok.

Please have your girl seen by a vet as soon as you can. Loss of appetite means that she is in a lot of pain.

Start syringe feeding mushed up pellets, not just water - you need to keep the guts going as much as possible, and just water won't do that. Watching you guinea pig eating is deceptive; the first food group that is dropped when a guinea pig is in pain is usually hay - it should make up to 80% of the daily food intake and you cannot control the intake. Loss of weight means that she is not eating enough. Please take the time to read through our guide; it explains everything from how to prep a syringe to how to and how much/how often to feed. Weigh daily at the same time to keep an eye on the food intake and how much you need to supplement.
